MOLD RESTORATION

Mold is everywhere, but microbial (mold) contamination indoors is unacceptble!  When present within the indoor environment, mold can be the cause of structural deterioration, poor air quality, and health concerns.  Regardless if the mold is living or inactive, it should be physically removed.  Moisture is the key factor for mold growth, therefore the best prevention for growth and contamination is to keep the structure dry; or if it's already wet, it MUST be dried quickly!

Currently there are no federal regulations overseeing the removal of microbial contamination but Impeccable Restoration follows the ANSI/IICRC S500 (Standard and Reference Guide for Profesional Water Damage) and the ANSI/IICRC S520 (Standards and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation).  Both documents provide a standard of care and outline proper steps that should be taken to remediate potentially high-risk situations (e.g. sewage cleanup or mold).  They also state that remediation workers are expected to be qualified  by education, training and experience, and we have ALL THE ABOVE!
